Hi, I'm Michelle Redfern

I am an award-winning advisor and experienced facilitator known for my inspiration and boundless energy. As a leading advocate for women's advancement and DEI, I have been recognised as one of Australia's Top 100 Women of Influence by the Australian Financial Review and have received other awards for my contributions to women in business and sport.

My life's work is to help close the global leadership gender gap and help women reach their full potential.  I'm also committed to helping workplace leaders create and sustain workplaces that work for every human.

I work from wherever it works for my family and my clients and can mostly be found somewhere between Melbourne, Perth or on the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia.
