As an experienced Chief Financial Officer and finance executive, Rhonda brings a wealth of experience as well as an ‘outside in’ perspective to the team.
She provides expert guidance on good governance, ethical and sustainable business practices as well as her passion for the advancement of women.
ADVANCING WOMEN BUSINESS MANAGER
Theresa joined the Advancing Women team in 2019 to assist with coordination of all program, event, speaking and client programs across the globe.
Theresa brings more than 30 years’ experience in professional Administration, working in Health Practice Management, IT, Education, technology companies and Corporate Operations Management.
Prior to establishing her own business, Virtually Everything Admin, Theresa worked for IBM and Price Waterhouse Coopers in both Melbourne and London. In the UK she also worked for the Ladbrokes Group, working in administration and technology and training staff to be more efficient and to use new software.
Theresa has worked for a number of learning and development organisations, organising events and ensuring the smooth operation of seminars and conferences, both locally and internationally which makes her an essential member of the Advancing Women team.
ADVANCING WOMEN Researcher and Content Writer
Sarah joined the Advancing Women team in 2017 to developing our evidence-based resources that address gender inequality in the sporting sector. ,Sarah has researched and authored The Advancing Womenin Sport series of publications that will address the structural and cultural barriers to gender equality in Australian sport.
Sarah has extensive experience in project management, social research, data analysis, reporting and mentoring.
She has specialised knowledge in gender inequality and has broader interest in diverse forms of social inequality— in areas such as work and employment, community, health and wellbeing, and political ecology.
ADVANCING WOMEN Facilitator
Alex joined Advancing Women in 2019 to provide facilitation services for our signature Conversation to Action workshops and gender equality events. As a world-class peak performance coach, exercise kinesiologist and strength conditioning specialist Alexandra has over 20 years of experience coaching and training some of the best performers on the planet.
Alex knows how to unlock the code to achieving and sustaining peak performance, on and off the field having worked with clients who are world title champions, world record holders, Wimbledon and French Open Champions, and Olympic Games medalists. Alex is a former professional Triathlete who represented Australia 4 times, competed in the Commonwealth Games and won 4 World Championship medals.

Div Pillay is the CEO of MindTribes and co-founder of CDWorkforces. She is an expert in behavioural economics and psychology that is leveraged in the diagnostics, design and delivery of all diversity and inclusion solutions, which ensures change and performance improvement.
Prior to founding MindTribes, Div spent 14 years mostly in senior People and Culture roles in the BPO industry working across South Africa, Malaysia, Australia, India and The Philippines. Div is named as one of the 100 Women of Influence, 2018 (AFR & Qantas), is a Board Member at STREAT and is the National Chair of D&I, American Chamber of Commerce.

Vick Pillay is the Managing Director of MindTribes and had the original idea for CDWomen. His focus is on business operations, growth pathways and financial strategy. He brings this expertise and his global leadership experience across 20 years, having worked across Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Australia in senior leader roles, the last being Associate Director at Ernst and Young.
He is on the Board of the Australian Philippine Business Council and advisor to the Breast Cancer Network, Australia.
