She is an expert in organisational gender diversity and is trusted advisor to CEO’s, Executives and Leaders who are committed to improve their business performance by having more inclusive and diverse workplaces. Michelle has significant expertise and a passion for diverse leadership in the sporting sector.
She is a Non-executive director for Williamstown Football Club and Good Shepherd Microfinance and her corporate career included executive leadership roles with ASX & FTSE listed companies NAB, Telstra and Serco.
