Advancing Inclusion is for organisations who want to move workplace gender equality, diversity and inclusion from conversation to action. 

We guide organisations, and coach organisational leaders to diagnose, design and implement effective, sustainable strategies that are relevant to the organisational context that leads to a sustainable, enduring high performing and inclusive workplace culture. 

 

Diagnose

Using qualitative and quantitative research tools, we diagnose the current state of the workplace from the perspective of stakeholders and seek to understand the sentiment and engagement levels of employees, particularly those from under-represented groups. Together with the leadership team, we then define the target state, goals, problems to solve and opportunities to leverage.

Design

Successful design processes include engaging leaders and allies of workplace change as well as the employees who will benefit from a more inclusive workplace.

Implement
& Review

The delivery of the solution is facilitated by us and we encourage including capability building experiences such as ‘Coach the Coach’ for leaders and ‘Train the Trainer’ for HR/Learning professionals. These experiences help to embed the desired frameworks and methodologies in the operating cadence and culture of the workplace. We then move into an oversight and governance role, including implementation and program management, ongoing executive reporting and analysis, executive team mentoring and other support services to ensure sustainable high impact for your workplace culture.
